The Moli dels Avis restaurant is located in an oil mill in the s. XIX refurbished as a restaurant in l’Ametlla de Mar.
Due to the respect, appreciation and care that has been given during the restoration work of the restaurant, it has been possible to achieve a restaurant that is unique in its conception, since we have preserved all its original pieces, such as the press, the millstone, etc.
In this way, diners can enjoy along with a menu of dishes focused on the gastronomic tradition of Catalan Cuisine, with a friendly and attentive service that offers to propose the recommendations of the day. Its letter of introduction is therefore a warm and familiar atmosphere, where two key concepts are combined: Tradition and Progress.
