We will meet at the selected time at our beachfront restaurant, Darwing Beach – Deltanatur, on the Riumar seafront promenade in Deltebre. Once everyone has arrived, we will board the company vehicle that will take us to our private estate, located in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, where we will enjoy an unforgettable horseback ride ideal for the whole family.
Upon arrival at our destination, we will put on our riding helmets and mount the horses. At that moment, we will head into our estate, surrounded by beautiful rice fields. This is a მშვიდ and easy route, perfect for families and also suitable if you have little experience riding horses.
During the ride around the estate, we will observe different ecosystems of the delta, such as small lagoon areas, a favorite habitat for birds and typical Delta flora. While you ride, we will explain all the details of this natural space, the culture that surrounds it, and how farming and the lives of the people in this region have changed over the years.
In addition, throughout the one-hour horseback ride, we will admire the wide variety of birds that inhabit this area of Tarragona. If we are lucky, you may even spot flamingos!
Finally, we will return to the starting point and finish the horseback ride through the Ebro Delta after approximately an hour and a half. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon with the family, learn about the surrounding environment, and, even if you have little experience riding, enjoy close contact with these magnificent animals.
