4×4 route in the Delta with kayak or paddle surf

Description & booking

We’ll start the route in a 4×4 vehicle, making several stops at points of biological, historical and cultural interest in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. At each stop, we’ll explain a different ecosystem and learn how the Delta and its habitats have been formed.

We’ll combine the route with a kayak or paddle board. We’ll sail to some sandbanks located in the sea, which are the only area of the Delta that is growing in sediments. These sandbanks form small natural bays that we call Isla Margarita in the heart of the Natural Park.

During the journey, we’ll explain the flora and fauna we’ll find as well as the culture, history and traditions of our ancestors in the Delta. The guided route also allows you to visit the mouth of the Ebro, the beach of Riumar and the Llacuna del Garxal with great diversity, variety of birds and landscapes.
