One of the most in-demand activities of each season. A visit to the Cova del Llop Marí, near the Torn beach in l’Hospitalet de l’Infant, is one of the great attractions of our coast.

The mysterious Cova is a cavity formed by the waves in the bowels of the mountain and only accessible by sea. It is said that the Llop Marí is a fantastic animal created by Neptune that attacked pirates who approached the coast of l’Hospitalet de l’Infant.

It is also said that this Cova was one of the last strongholds of the Mediterranean seal, also known as monk seal or sea lion. It formerly inhabited the waters of the entire Mediterranean and today it is practically extinct. It is said that it disappeared from our coastline at the beginning of the 20th century.
